Whatever it takes.

These three simple words are at the heart of the Bahama Breeze culture, reflecting a can-do attitude that has helped make Darden's Caribbean-themed restaurant wildly popular with customers.

The Bahama Breeze team is intently focused on doing whatever it takes to make sure every single customer receives outstanding food and service in a fun, high-energy setting.

A visit to Bahama Breeze is like a one- ortwo-hour vacation to the islands, complete with colorful sights, tropical drinks, live music and happy, upbeat people. Once guests are seated, though, it's the food that takes center stage.

Reflecting the diversity of the Caribbean, long known as a culinary crossroads, Bahama Breeze prepares a wide range of seafood and pasta dishes; beef, pork and chicken items; and even pizzas from its brightly- colored display kitchen. Whether ordering black pepper seared tuna steak, paella, jerk chicken pasta or West Indies ribs, guests can enjoy unique, delicious preparations served with a colorful array of island vegetables and salsas.

Bahama Breeze opened its third restaurant during fiscal 1998, and like the first two, the Memphis, TN, location has been playing to packed houses ever since. This new, young business has been setting and re- setting sales records for Darden Restaurants at each of its restaurants since opening.

"The outstanding performance of all our restaurants continues to surpass expectations, and is a testament to the quality and enthusiasm of our terrific team members," says Bahama Breeze President Gary Heckel.

Initial expansion is now underway for the island-spirited sensation, with additional restaurants planned for such cities as Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, Raleigh, NC and Columbus, OH.

As Bahama Breeze grows, the ingredients that have made the first three restaurants so successful - exceptional em-ployees, outstanding food, stellar service and a fun atmosphere - will not be compromised one bit.

The Bahama Breeze team will do whatever it takes to make absolutely sure the business keeps jammin'!
