Thank you for sharing your concerns about the Canadian seal hunt. Darden Restaurants has never been involved in the seal hunt and has never supported it.

We are committed to supporting and ensuring a sustainable seafood industry and we feel Darden's participation in a boycott would negatively impact numerous fisherman, businesses, families and communities that are not involved in the hunt. While we understand the intent of the boycott, we do not feel a boycott would be a sustainable long-term solution.

Our priority is to focus on the broader issues of enhancing, expanding and preserving sustainable seafood supply and practices. Darden will work closely with the government, the industry and the conservation community to do so.
